About us

We are a family run business. Today we employ 6 full time and 1 part time staff. Our son Darren and his wife Jane play a huge roll within the company. Darren decided to join us upon leaving school in 1981, so he has now gained over 20 years experience in the oatcake trade.

Our Oatcakes are particularly popular inside and outside of Stoke on Trent, and we even get orders from some that have moved away from the Potteries. We now operate a very successful postal service, all over the UK, so it does not matter where you are, our traditional Staffordshire Oatcakes can be delivered to your doorstep.
