The Staffordshire Oatcake, a regional delicacy, baked on our own premises to a traditional recipe, were exclusive to the Potteries area of Staffordshire until recently, are now available by mail order.
Staffordshire Oatcakes are similar to a pancake, but made from white flour, oatmeal and yeast. The oatcake has to be one of the most versatile food products are the market today, being as an alternative to bread and breakfast with bacon, cheese, egg, beans, mushrooms.
Many fillings are available – e.g bacon & cheese, sausage & cheese, bacon, cheese & mushroom, cheese & onion etc.
